Instructions
- 1.Step onto the treadmill and select your preferred option from the menu.
- 2.Begin running and as you run, maintain good running posture by keeping your torso upright and looking forwards.
- 3.Avoid looking down or holding on to the sides of the treadmill and swing your arms as you run.
- 4.You should always aim to strike the ground with the middle of your foot and not your heel to reduce impact stress.
- 5.Continue for as long as is required.
Tips
- Variation: you can increase the inclination of the treadmill 1 - 2% to simulate the wind resistance if you were running outdoors.
- Don't forget to cool down at the end of the exercise.
- Make sure you have good running shoes when running on the treadmill.
- Keep your body upright throughout the exercise and don't slouch.

Breathe as you normally would, breathing through the mouth as your heart rate rises.
