Instructions
- 1.Begin by adjusting the seat height in such a way that when you pedal on a down stroke, your legs get fully extended without locking out the knee.
- 2.Sit on the machine and turn it on (some machines may require you to pedal to activate). Select an appropriate resistance setting, hold on to the handles and begin pedalling.
- 3.Continue for as long as is required.
Tips
- Don't forget to stay hydrated throughout the exercise!.
- A seat too high could lead to pain the back of the knee.
- A seat too low could lead to pain the front of the knee.
Breathing Instructions
Breathe as you normally would, breathing through the mouth as your heart rate rises.
