Instructions

  1. 1.Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart and turned out slightly. Keeping your back straight, squat down until your thighs are parallel with the floor. Cross your arms out in front of you and hold this position. This is your starting position.
  2. 2.Hold this position for as long as is required.

Tips

  • Make sure to hold the squat position and resist the temptation to straighten your legs.
  • Keep your back straight and look forward.
