GymStreak vs Fitbod

Written by the GymStreak coaching teamUpdated

We make GymStreak. Every fact about Fitbod comes from its own website, help centre or App Store listing, checked on and linked next to each fact. Features change, so check the apps themselves before you decide. We don’t list prices: they change and vary by country.

The short answer

Fitbod and GymStreak both plan your workouts for you. Fitbod’s algorithm generates each session from your logged training and is built only for strength training; after a 7-day trial you need a subscription to log new workouts. GymStreak’s AI builds a weekly plan around your goal, schedule, equipment and injuries, which you can change by chatting to the coach, and adds food logging, weekly streaks and gym ranks; logging workouts needs Premium. Choose Fitbod for session-by-session adaptation and Wear OS or Strava support; choose GymStreak for training plus food tracking and streak-based motivation.
