Instructions
- 1.Start in a standing position, balanced on your left foot with your right foot out behind you. Your right foot remains in this position for the whole exercise.
- 2.Lean down until your hands are on the floor in front of you, around shoulder width apart.
- 3.Walk forwards with your hands until you’re in a plank. Do one push up.
- 4.Walk your hands back towards your feet and stand up.
- 5.Repeat on the other side.
Tips
- Keep your core engaged.
- Don’t forget to breathe.
- Don’t overstretch at the plank, keep your hands under your shoulders.
- Bend your knee to get up and down from the floor, if you have to.
Breathing Instructions
1. Breathe in as you return to standing. 2. Breathe out as you walk out and into your push-up. 3. If you’re finding it hard to time your breaths just breathe normally. Make sure you’re inhaling deeply and exhaling completely, especially as your heart rate rises.
