How to do Single Leg Pushup

  1. 1

Begin by placing your hands directly underneath your shoulders. One of your legs should be extended out straight behind you and elevated, the other should be straight with the balls of your feet on the ground (You may place your knee on the ground to vary the difficulty of the exercise). This is your starting position.

  2. 2

Lower your body down until your chest almost touches the ground. Your body should remain straight as you go down.

  3. 3

After a brief pause, slowly return to the starting position.
