Instructions
- 1.Set up an incline bench at an upright angle. Sit down with a dumbbell in each arm and in a underhand grip. Lift the dumbbells up to shoulder height and have your palms facing into your body. This is your starting position.
- 2.Push the dumbbells directly up twisting your arms so that at the top of the movement, your palms are facing forward.
- 3.After a brief pause at the top, slowly return to the starting position.
- 4.Repeat for as many repetitions as required.
Tips
- Perform the reps slowly and in a controlled manner.
Breathing Instructions
Breathe in during the eccentric (lowering) portion of the exercise and breathe out during the cocentric (elevation) portion.
